Rules of thumb: Audio levels must not exceed 0dB before exporting. dBFS is usually written as dB, as in 0bB, -3dB, -10 dB, etc. If anything tends to go above the ceiling, it will be chopped off, resulting in audio distortion or clipping. Full Scale = 0dB, and you can consider it as the ceiling of your room.
